The Facilitation Space - Reflect and Plan January 2025

Imagine, by the end of this month you've reflected on your achievements so far and committed to some intentions, goals and focus areas for the 2025. How fabulous would that be 😊 Join me on Monday 27 January for a reflect and plan session from 2pm-5pm on Zoom.

Here's what you can expect:
⭐ We'll reflect on the last few months/your year and celebrate the things you've achieved, whatever they might be.

⭐ We'll cast our minds forward to the coming months and to the whole of 2025, thinking about what you'd like to focus on and commit to. There will be a chance to do some exploration around this and set some goals and intentions.

⭐ We'll share some of our thoughts, reflections and insights with each other.
I'll bring some reflection questions, prompts and provide a relaxed space for you to explore, ponder, think, chat and share.
You might want to bring a cuppa, your favourite notepad or a device and settle yourself somewhere comfy.
I’d love to see you there. There’s something special I think about doing this kind of thing together - a gentle connection, celebration and commitment to the things which are important to us.
