What if your clothes could help you? Make noise, or even be made from things you would never expect?
Join Dr Sheng Yong and researchers from the Centre for Flexible Electronics and E-Textiles (C-FLEET) group from School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton for a fun, hands-on journey into the world of future fabrics!
In this interactive talk, you will explore how future clothing is made, how new materials are changing fashion, and how science, creativity, and sustainability come together in what we wear every day.

The session mixes simple explanations, exciting examples, and playful activities to spark imagination and inspire the next generation of designers, inventors, and eco-heroes.
