What is the right to strike and has it come under threat?
Join us for the latest Fabric of Protest workshop as we continue to explore the themes of On The Line: 100 Years of Strikes & Solidarity.
Together, we'll look at the history of industrial action in Britain, from the early protections introduced in the nineteenth century through to present-day debates around workers' rights and collective action.
Through discussion and creative making, participants will reflect on how strike protections have changed over time and what solidarity means today.
Using textile pieces created in previous workshops, we'll work collaboratively to design and create a collective artwork inspired by the conversations, stories and ideas shared during the session.
No previous creative experience is needed – everyone is welcome.
🎟 Tickets: £5
