Show Synopsis: At the bustling North Pole, Mrs. Claus and her elves are excited to welcome this year’s group of eager elf interns, each hoping to earn a spot in one of the North Pole’s nine departments. As the placements unfold, the interns discover that becoming an official elf is no small task, and the journey is full of surprises, laughter, and lessons in kindness. For Frankie, the most enthusiastic of the bunch, this experience leads to an unexpected turn that shows the true spirit of the season.
