When I was looking to learn to meditate, I didn't just want to go somewhere and meditate... I wanted to know why we meditate, what's the purpose, how I'll know I'm doing it 'right', what benefits I'll get from it...

In this 1 day course I give an explanation of the mind and how meditation works; teach you an effortless meditation practice and discuss the ways stress is released and the far reaching physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of the practice.
Join me in Skye Bridge Studios, a calming and cocoony space, for a relaxed day learning this super accessible meditation practice.
