Through intentional movement, breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll be guided into a grounded and restorative experience that supports both body and mind.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with community and experience the essence of Bashé Aesthetics.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own mat for comfort. Limited mats will be available.
