The Exchange Project - Bring a Project and Use Our Machines
About this Event
We want to help those that do not have access to a sewing machine! This class is a chance to finally get started on that project you’ve been putting off because you don’t have access to a machine.
Whether you’re ready to sew, need a little time on a machine, or just want to work on something you’ve had in mind, bring it along and let’s get sewing!
The class is intentionally small, giving everyone plenty of individual instruction and time to ask questions. Expect a fun, creative evening with others who share an interest in sustainability, fashion, and making something by hand!
A few things to know before you arrive:
• Please arrive about 5–10 minutes early so we can get everyone settled before we begin.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes if possible.
• Feel free to bring a water bottle or your favorite tasty beverage• There is street parking in front of the store. Parking is free after 7 pm.
If you need to cancel, please let us know by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the class. Tickets can be refunded minus the processing fees.
