The Evolution of HER is a transformational one-day women’s retreat created for women who are ready to pause, reconnect, have honest conversations, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Founded by Kesia “Kee” Arnold, the retreat grew from more than a decade of intentional gatherings centered on sisterhood, encouragement, reflection, and personal growth. What began as an intimate annual Girls’ Weekend has evolved into a larger experience designed to create a safe and supportive space for women from all walks of life.
Many women spend years carrying responsibilities, expectations, disappointments, fears, life transitions, and unanswered questions—often while continuing to show up for everyone else.
The Evolution of HER is an invitation to finally create space for yourself.
Through meaningful conversations, expert insight, reflection, wellness experiences, and genuine connection, attendees will be encouraged to identify what they may need to release, discover healthy pathways toward healing and growth, and take intentional steps toward the woman they are becoming.
