The Essence of Deep Touch is a 7-day immersive training in the Myofascial Somatic Liberation pathway.
Throughout the week, you'll learn how to offer slow, deep and emotionally attuned bodywork that works not only with muscles and fascia, but also the nervous system and the body's natural capacity to release and reorganize.
This training combines:
• Myofascial Release
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Nervous System Attunement
• Emotional Bodywork
• Embodied Presence
Rather than just collecting techniques, you'll develop the sensitivity to feel what each body truly needs.
A HIGHLY PRACTICAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE
This training is deeply experiential.
Every day you'll observe, give and receive two complete bodywork sessions, allowing your understanding to grow through direct experience.
Alongside the practical sessions, yoga, breathwork, meditation, voice work and integration circles support your own process, making this much more than simply a massage training.
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
This training welcomes both complete beginners and experienced bodyworkers.
Whether you're looking to start offering professional bodywork or deepen an existing practice, you'll receive a complete Level 1 foundation that you can immediately begin integrating into your work.

We gather at the beautiful Shanti Space, just 30 minutes from Lisbon.
Surrounded by nature, rolling hills and peaceful walking trails, the venue offers a supportive environment where learning, rest and integration naturally come together.
