Join us for The Energy Edit, a curated, in-person experience designed to help you reset your energy, move your body, and connect with women who get it.

This is not a workout class. This is not traditional networking. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all together.
Through movement, music, and intentional connection, you’ll have the opportunity to release the week, feel good in your body, and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually feels natural and fun.

Just good energy, great music, and a room full of women choosing themselves for an afternoon and embodying joy.

Wear something you feel comfortable moving in. Think elevated casual or gym wear. You don’t need to be a dancer. Just come as you are.

Cindy J. Lone is a neuroscience-based executive coach and founder of Latinas at Work. She helps high-achieving women succeed without burnout by focusing on energy, boundaries, and sustainable success.

This experience is an extension of her work, bringing together movement, mindset, and community in a way that helps women reset and reconnect with themselves.
