An embodied introduction to how your nervous system shapes your relationship with money

The Energetics of Money is a guided experiential session that explores how money stress and urgency live in the body — and how clarity becomes available when the nervous system is regulated. Rather than focusing on strategies or mindset alone, this work centers on the internal state from which financial decisions are made.

In this session, participants will explore three essential embodied shifts:

• From urgency to regulation — learning how to pause financial reactivity and restore

clarity before making decisions

• From fear to internal safety — understanding how old money beliefs & experiences

shape the nervous system

• From reactivity to capacity — experiencing what it feels like to hold greater

responsibility, visibility, and receiving without collapse.

Participants will be guided through two somatic practices they can return to anytime money feels activating — building a clearer internal reference point for aligned financial decisions.

This session is designed to cultivate steadiness, self-trust, and sustainable expansion — the foundation of embodied money leadership.
