• 6am Bands with Cans Worship & Workout (WOMEN ONLY SESSION)
• 6am Weights & Worship Workout(MEN ONLY SESSION)
• 8am Continental Breakfast (grab and go)
• 9am Worship & Intercession
• 10am Session 3 ((Forgiveness & Return Back to Your First Love))
• 11am Session 4 ((Tearing Down Idols))
• 12pm-1pm Guided Journaling and Reflection Session
• 1pm-5pm Break
• 6pm-8pm Intercessory Prayer, Prophetic Activation & Deliverance
