Welcome back to Season #4 of The Enchanted Valley Fairy and Pirate Festival!Fairies, pirates, otherworldly creatures, and the like will be making their way to AGOSC's Enchanted Valley Fairy and Pirate Festival on Saturday June 28 , 2025 at Good Will #4 Grove, Pottsville, PA. 17901.
This year's story is: THE INFESTATION OF THE RED HAT GNOMES!
It is the Lord Chancellor's birthday! Everyone in the Enchanted Valley has a surprise for him but the Sea Witch, Octobra, insists hers is the best and biggest of all.
When red hatted gnomes begin arriving at the MidSummer Festival, led by Ruby Red Hat, Rebel leader of the Red Hat Gnomes, Octobra welcomes her old friend and her brigade of gnomes to the festivities.
After the formal welcoming proclamation, the day becomes a balancing act between Belos’ birthday, managing an infestation of red hat gnomes, and ensuring CHAOS does not interrupt the Turning of the Wheel and the Changing of the Season!
All the while, the Red Hats and Ruby Red Hat are watching and waiting.
There will be costumed performers, interactive theater, story telling, music, games, dances, activities, a petting zoo, vendors, refreshments, food trucks, and so much more!!
Come join the fun dressed as a fairy, pirate, or other magical being! Costuming encouraged but no required.There will be something fun for everyone!!
Gnomes especially welcome this year!!
The Enchanted Valley Fairy and Pirate Festival is a family friendly event for all ages. Proceeds benefit the Actors Guild of Schuylkill County and the Kelsey Theater.

Alternately, use 777 Water St. to get you to Water St. This is not the address of the event. Continue past Mary Queen of Peace Apartments all the way up Water St. (this section of Pottsville is called Jaloppa) until you reach the end of the paved street. Continue on dirt road until you reach the fork. At the fork, bear left. On the left, you will pass a black gate. Continue to the Yellow Gate on the left.
