Join Curators Key Events for the Witch Hat Atelier Anime Market, an evening market inspired by the whimsical, creative world of anime and fantasy.
📅 Friday, October 30th ⏰ 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 📍 435 Monticello Ave, Norfolk, VA
We’re looking for anime artists, illustrators, makers, collectors, and creative small businesses to fill the market with everything from prints and stickers to manga, accessories, handmade goods, collectibles, crochet, charms, jewelry, fantasy-inspired creations, and more.
Whether your booth feels like an artist alley, tiny potion shop, manga shelf, or magical atelier, we want to see it. 🪄
🎨 VENDOR LOAD-IN + SETUP
Vendor arrival & load-in: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM. This gives everyone adequate time to unload, find their assigned space, and have their booth completely ready before the market opens at 5:00 PM.
Both INDOOR and OUTDOOR spaces are available. Please make sure you select the correct space when registering.
OUTDOOR VENDORS: You must provide your own 10’ x 10’ tent, proper tent weights, and lighting. Tent weights are required for safety. Please also bring your own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords/power supplies if needed, and anything else necessary to operate your booth.
INDOOR VENDORS: Please bring your own tables, chairs, displays, lighting, and anything else needed for your setup unless your selected vendor option specifically states otherwise.

The Witch Hat Atelier Anime Market is a rain-or-shine event. Outdoor vendors should plan accordingly and be prepared for changing weather conditions.

ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Once your space has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, transferred to another vendor, moved to another event/date, or applied as a credit toward a future event.
By purchasing a vendor space, you acknowledge and agree to the event policies, including the 3:00–3:30 PM load-in window, rain-or-shine policy, outdoor tent/weight/lighting requirements, and non-refundable/non-transferable vendor fee policy.
