We invite our entire community to join us for a powerful event featuring Rachel Goldberg-Polin and Jon Polin, parents of Hersh Goldberg-Polin z"l. Rachel and Jon will speak to the unimaginable loss of a child, and their experience of mourning, where they find strength and what life looks like when there is now an Empty Chair at the table. Through the generosity of The Ryan Dembs Memorial Fund, we have established The Empty Chair Program - a unique support group for parents who have lost a child or siblings who have lost their sibling.
Whether you are grieving a loved one or not, please join us for this kick-off event of The Empty Chair Program. Together we will find strength in our community and honor the memory of Hersh Goldberg-Polin z"l.
This event is free and open to the public; however we ask for a suggested donation of $18 to help support future Empty Chair Programming. Registration is required at https://www.temple-israel.org/event/TheEmptyChair
