This monthly workshop is an intentional emotional wellness journey designed to help participants gently meet, understand, and release challenging emotions in a supportive space. Each month centers on three specific emotions, explored through a blend of accessible education, gentle somatic flow, guided meditation, and restorative sound healing. Together, these practices encourage emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-compassion. January journey focuses on Anxiety, Grief, and Shame, offering grounding tools and reflective practices to help participants move through these emotions with care rather than resistance. Hosted by Latavia Jo of The Healing Haus, this workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate emotional resilience.
