Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath with the incredible Sue Hawkins. Let the healing vibrations wash over you, promoting relaxation and harmony.

1:15 PM - Guided Meditation

Join the gifted healer Julie for gentle yoga stretch with guided meditation to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
