The Empowered Soul Retreat was created from a very real place in my life. I found my spiritual connection during one of the hardest seasons I’ve ever been through, and it changed everything for me. It grounded me, guided me, and helped me come back to myself.
This retreat is that space.
A space to reset, reconnect, and be surrounded by people who get it. A space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Where you can breathe, laugh, release, and feel like you again.
We’ll spend time connecting, learning, healing, and also just enjoying life together. Think meaningful conversations, intuitive work, time at the beach, amazing meals, and moments that feel simple but end up meaning everything.
One of the most powerful parts of this retreat is our time at the ocean. Walking down to the water, releasing what we’ve been holding onto, and coming back to warmth, connection, and the smell of food cooking. It’s grounding, freeing, and honestly one of those moments people never forget.
