About this Event
A big trend happening today for many young girls is having a period party thrown for them. Well guess what ladies? It is now your time to have your very own period party and restore to you what rightfully belongs to you. A celebration of the embodiment of a woman!
This party is going to be a conversation you never knew you needed but are going to be so grateful you finally were able to receive. We are covering topics about menstruation, menopause, period poverty, health, and healing.
· What does a Healthy Cycle look like for you?
· Breaking Strongholds and making room for Healing.
· Preparation for and Understanding Menopause.
· The Importance of Nutrition.
Far too long this has been a topic we don’t talk about. So many people feel embarrassed about menstruation. The period has been stigmatized for years. There is a lot of hiding and shame attached to our periods. Not to mention, a lot of women have had very negative experiences with their menstrual cycles just because they were never told about them. They don't know about their bodies. They may have even had poor health care when it comes to their cycle. There are some good doctors out there, but if we are honest, there are a lot of bad ones too.
There is great power that we posses as women and we are especially powerful when we are on our period. The hormonal shifts impact our brain chemistry, energy, creativity and how social we feel (pretty much everything!). This is all backed by science. Because of these shifts, we naturally become more equipped to take on certain tasks during each phase of our cycle. Our shifting talents is our menstrual superpowers! When you become aware of the phases of your cycle, you can tap into the menstrual superpowers to decrease stress, get more done and enjoy living in your miraculous human body! Riding the waves of your cycle can bring so much goodness into your life and help you feel more connected to your body.
Are you ready to celebrate you?
