This is the second edition of The Embodied Woman gathering. This time, we'll get together for Summer Solstice, the peak of the year where nature is in full bloom.

This is a time that calls us to connect with our senses and aliveness, to remind our bodies that, even in the midst of healing, we are allowed to enjoy and feel alive.

We will celebrate this with an embodied ritual that weaves together women’s trauma-informed nervous system work and ceremony.

ABOUT THE HOST

With 5+ years of experience in facilitating & teaching in the field of mindfulness, Titta is a women's work facilitator and ICF-certified somatic coach specialising in the female nervous system. In her work she guides women in restoring relationship with their bodies and emotions while syncing with their natural rhythms. She's also a mystic deeply connected to nature, weaving the wisdom of the seasons and the elements into her gatherings.
