The Elijah House, located at 1424 McNeal Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23502, is our new 30-day inpatient substance abuse treatment home. This 16 bed residential facility is designed to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse.
