This time of year it’s so important for us to nourish our bodies and our connections. Join us as we delve into an evening of music, embodiment, and healing.
This is a Freeform dance experience with live music. You don’t need to be a ‘dancer’ to enjoy. This is intended for all people to come together and have a space to process, express and embody. This is a sober, safe, and supportive space to move through every sensation and feeling present with love and acceptance.
