There are moments in history that change everything. Once a year, we gather on Good Friday to step into the shadow of the most significant event in human existence: the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.On that Friday, the world witnessed more than a physical darkness. It was a divine eclipse. As Jesus took the weight of our sin upon Himself, the Father withdrew His face, leaving the Son to endure the total cost of our salvation in abandonment. Without this suffering, our story remains in the dark, but through His sacrifice, the way to life has been opened forever.
Join us for the poetic Seven Sayings of Jesus on the cross. We will experience:
• The Seven Sayings: A journey through the final words of Christ.
• Reflective Worship: Music and songs chosen to lead us into the heart of the sacrifice.
• Moments of Prayer: Highlighting key moments within the service through prayer.
• The Totality of Silence: A dedicated moment of silence to honor the weight of the Good Friday and the cost of the withdrawal.
• Communion: A shared time to participate in the finished work of the Son.
