Join us for a deeply grounding evening dedicated to connecting with your Earth Star Chakra, the energy center located below the Root Chakra that anchors us to the Earth and our ancestral lineage.
We’ll begin by exploring what the Earth Star Chakra is, its purpose, and how it supports your sense of stability, belonging, and energetic balance. From there, we’ll move through gentle yoga postures designed to relax the body and open your connection to this powerful grounding energy.
The practice will flow into a restorative Savasana meditation, where you’ll receive Reiki energy healing and soothing sound therapy, allowing your mind and body to settle into deep peace and rooted harmony.
Please bring:
Yoga mat
Comfortable, layered clothing
Water
Any props, blankets, or pillows to help you feel cozy and supported on the floor

Meet Lindsey:
My Yoga journey began in 2005 when I took my first yoga class and knew that this was made for me. I received certification training through YogaFit. Teaching yoga for the past 16 years has been such a blessing. I live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband and three amazing children. I truly feel that if we breathe and move with intention of our highest good we can make the changes in our own life, and in the world that we need. My Journey honors your Journey. Namaste’
