The Earls Court Development Company Site Tour

Ascend onto The Table, a concrete platform that bridges the West London Line and hear about our plans to transform London's largest cleared development site into a car-lite, net-zero mixed use development. There will be c. 4,000 homes for all stages of life (including affordable and social housing), three anchor cultural venues, 20 acres of public realm and green and open space, 1000+ trees planted, and walkable connections created between the three local stations. There will also be a new community hub and up to two new nurseries. The development will bring 12,000 jobs to the site when completed with over c. 3,000 construction jobs on site during its construction, anticipated to begin from 2026. Overall, it will deliver a £3billion annual economic boost to the UK, with up to 23,500 jobs created or sustained nationwide.

A focus on clean and climate tech will create an innovation hub on the site, complemented by cultural and creative industries and a thriving day to evening economy, restoring Earls Court's reputation as site of human ingenuity and a place to discover wonder.

Due to the nature of the site there is no wheelchair access.
