The Dusty Road to the Declaration!

Raise a glass to Moorestown’s Revolutionary past! In 1776, local son Timothy Matlack was in Philadelphia penning the final handwritten Declaration of Independence. Join us July 2 at Double Nickel Brewing Company for an evening of history, storytelling, camaraderie, and celebration.

The evening will feature:

• Brief remarks by Chris Coelho, author of Timothy Matlack, Scribe of the Declaration
• A celebration of the Matlack family legacy and the many branches of the family tree that spread far beyond Moorestown
• Opportunities to connect with fellow descendants and history enthusiasts
• The famous Dusty Road Sundae from Matlack's Dairy Bar
• Washington’s Beer, specially brewed by Double Nickel Brewing Company in honor of the Moorestown 250th celebration
