The Drop In: Vision Boarding with Intention

This workshop is a guided creative experience for anyone who wants clarity and direction without pressure-based goal setting.

Rather than focusing solely on outcomes, The Drop In invites you to explore how you want to feel in the year ahead, what supports those feelings, and how small, aligned choices shape the way you move through daily life. We’ll use reflection, partner witnessing, and hands-on vision boarding to translate emotional direction into something tangible you can return to over time.

This is not about manifesting a perfect future or creating an aspirational fantasy. It’s about building a vision that feels honest, grounded, and resilient, one that reflects your inner world as much as your external goals.

During this session, you will:

• Reflect on how you want to feel across key areas of your life
• Speak future-oriented intentions out loud and have them mirrored back in a supportive way
• Name patterns or behaviors you’re choosing to stop, as much as what you’re moving toward
• Create a vision board that centers emotion, meaning, and direction rather than pressure or perfection

No artistic experience is required. This class is open to creatives, non-creatives, and anyone who can set goals but wants a more sustainable and intuitive way to relate to them.

You’ll leave with a piece of artwork and a clearer sense of direction that feels supportive, adaptable, and rooted in self-trust.

You can’t control everything in life, but this practice builds awareness of your inner world so you can set a clear direction and notice when you’ve drifted off course.
