With over 30 years of industry experience, Charmin Lee @charminnoellee is an acclaimed actress, director, producer, and the CEO of Total Package Entertainment. Best known for her iconic role as Jeanette Wood on the hit sitcom Girlfriends, Charmin’s extensive credits span major projects like The Chi, Just Mercy, and Netflix's sci-fi hit Uglies. Behind the scenes, she is a sought-after director and acting coach dedicated to unlocking creative excellence. Grounded in her philosophy that "Great people make other people great."

Nina Stakz @ninastakz is an acclaimed independent filmmaker, director, screenwriter, and cinematographer based in Atlanta. She has written, directed, and produced over a dozen feature films, and series. She specializes in creating high-engagement "high class street movies" urban dramas, psychological thrillers, and romance projects. Nina is highly regarded for her end-to-end creative control, frequently acting as her own Director of Photography and lead editor. Her distinct commercial blueprint leverages organic social media traction to dominate streaming platforms like Tubi, Amazon Prime, and Peacock.
