Held by sacred ceremonies by Karen Cassidy and accompanied by the ethereal sounds of Chris and Anita, popular sound bath musicians and owners of Calm Yoga, this transformative event immerses you in a healing journey through sound and meditation. Allow yourself to be bathed in soothing, otherworldly vibrations designed to restore balance, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit.
