On Saturday 10th January Clotilde Leguil will deliver a seminar entitled "The Drama of Love and the Sexual Non-Rapport". This event can be attended online or in person.
On Friday 9th at 7pm the English edition of Clotilde Leguil's book "Lacan and the Question of Consent" will be launched at the United Arts Club
Attendance at the launch is in person only. Admission to this event is included with the ticket for the Seminar being held on Saturday 10th. There will be a roundtable discussion and Q&A with the author.

Clotilde Leguil is a psychoanalyst and philosopher, member of the École de la Cause freudienne (ECF) and the World Association of Psychoanalysis (WAP).
She lectures in the Department of Psychoanalysis at the University of Paris VIII-Saint-Denis.
Author of numerous texts, her most recent publications are La Déprise: Essai sur les ressorts intimes de la désobéissance (Seuil, 2025) and L’ère du toxique (2023). Previous works include: Les Amoureuses, voyage au bout de la féminité (Seuil, 2009) and « Je », une traversée des identités ( Puf, 2018).
Author of Lacan and the Question of Consent. Why Yielding is Not Consenting, (Routledge, 2026).
