Saturday nights just got interesting!! You are being invited to a unique fusion of meditation, elevation and celebration, blending deep meditation with upbeat activities designed to naturally boost DOPAMINE levels.
Helping you to find a balance between relaxation and exhilaration.
VIBE:
The serene candlelit Zen Den meets a vibrant, sensory rich party space. It’s an event where you will come together with other zen seekers to awaken your mind and elevate your mood.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
On arrival you will be greeted in the CHILLOUT DEN. A space with colour changing lights and ambient chillout music for you to unwind and get lost in the soothing aesthetics.
You will be offered a refreshing tea shot that will naturally enhance mood and focus. Enjoy this in the tranquil yet energising atmosphere.
Intuitively choose an inspiring quote from the 'Elevate Your Mood' jar. Share with others if you so choose.
You will then be led to the darkened candle lit ZEN DEN with ambient binaural beats.
Here we will indulge in two exercises that will include elements of gratitude and empowerment to begin gently stimulating dopamine. You will also choose a card from the energy oracle cards.
Relaxing on your mat and snuggling under your throw you will be taken on a colourful guided meditation through the 7 main chakras to activate each chakra with it's associated neurotransmitter. Ooo and that's the good stuff!!!
You will be invited to relax even deeper while I send out energy healing to you all.
Following the meditation and energy healing enjoy the sounds of the crystal bowls which will deepen your sense of peace while subtly awakening the senses.
We will then spend time in the Calm Den and Zen Den enjoying a delicious Mocktail, cake and refreshing herbal teas.
