Five guys—all Broadway alums—three have played Frankie Valli in "Jersey Boys", one was nominated for a Tony Award for his portrayal of Smokey Robinson in "Motown: The Musical", and one was also in "Motown: The Musical" playing Melvin Franklin (bass singer of the Temptations)! Combine that talent with their love of the music, harmony, choreography, and the heart and soul of Doo Wop, Sixties, and Motown Music, and you have one of the most dynamic and incredible concert experiences you will ever have!
All this is at the highlight event of The World's Greatest Oldies Festival: LEAD EAST! BIG NEWS----In the past, your show ticket granted you entry to the festival only in the evening, just in time for the show. To get there earlier in the day for the festival itself would mean paying the standard grounds fee. HOWEVER, NEW THIS YEAR!!--WE ARE WAIVING THE $20 GROUNDS FEE! Your ticket to the show (when bought in advance) grants you free admission to the festival ALL DAY, on concert day, Saturday, September 5 (Labor Day Weekend). Enjoy the day, with outdoor singers and bands, strolling accapella doo wop singers, memorabelia vendors, food trucks, and a huge Karaoke stage! Come meet celebrity guests from movies, and tv shows like The Sopranos, and Dallas, enjoy oldies music throughout the campus, and see literally hundreds and hundreds of vintage cars!
