The District House is a weekly gathering and core benefit of District216. Guests are welcome to arrive for part or all of the evening to meet community members, connect with visiting speakers, and engage in thoughtful conversations across psychedelics, wellness, creativity, and conscious culture. 💜
Interactive Workshop: "Healing the Sacred Masculine"
Description: In a world where men are often taught to suppress emotion and define strength in narrow ways, this workshop offers a different path, one rooted in awareness, authenticity, and genuine connection. Through guided visualizations, experiential exercises, and practical techniques, Dr. Kathy Gruver will guide participants through an exploration of their inner landscape, helping uncover emotional patterns, develop language for vulnerability, and begin healing the places that have long been overlooked or silenced. You'll leave with tools for identifying personal triggers, expressing thoughts and feelings with clarity, and deepening your understanding of both the masculine and feminine within yourself and your relationships. Whether you're seeking personal growth, deeper intimacy, or simply a space to be seen without judgment, this is an evening of fellowship and transformation worth showing up for.

Facilitator: Kathy Gruver, PhD, Psychedelic Coach & Mind-Body Medicine Expert
Dr. Kathy Gruver brings a rare depth of training to the intersection of healing, human behavior, and expanded states of consciousness. She holds a PhD in natural health with an emphasis in mind-body medicine, has studied at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard, and is a graduate of the Third Wave Psychedelic Coaching Program as well as an ACC Certified Life and Executive Coach. Her toolkit spans hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Reiki, giving her an unusually wide range of approaches for meeting people wherever they are. An 8-time author, two-time TEDx speaker, and performing artist with a background in trapeze and aerial silks, Kathy brings warmth, humor, and a deeply intuitive presence to every space she holds.
