First city to hit 15 tickets sold becomes Show One. The other city isn't cancelled, it's next. Your ticket rolls straight into Show Two in the following month, automatically. No refund needed, no rebuying. And since you got in early, we're adding a bonus 6th pour to your tasting, on the house.

About This Event

The Dispatch Room is Quench The Alarm's ticketed cocktail tasting experience; an intimate, 30-person night built around five courses, one story, and a room designed to feel like it isn't on any map.

Low light. A curated playlist. A grazing table that never runs dry. And five drinks, each one poured, explained, and lived through and not just handed to you.

This isn't a bar. It's a night off the clock.

The Menu

First Dispatch — The Velvet Rope A bright, floral winearita to open the night. Lillet Rosé, reposado tequila, agave, lime. Served up, sugar rim, edible flower.

Code Green — The Physical (N/A available) Silver rum, coconut water, mango-peach tea syrup, topped and served long. A hydration-forward pour that's as much about the brand as the flavor. Ask for the N/A build — black tea in, spirit out, still a full drink.

Priority One — Ring the Alarm Our signature smoked old fashioned. Sherry cask bourbon, brown sugar, plum and Angostura bitters, smoked tableside, garnished with dehydrated plum. This is the one you'll be talking about after.

10-4, Rehydrate — The All Clear — (N/A available) An elevated take on a French 75. Gin, peach-Thai basil shrub, topped with champagne, basil leaf garnish. N/A build swaps in infused water and sparkling.

End of Shift — Something Comfortable A dessert shooter to send you home warm. Red velvet Baileys, silver rum, strawberry syrup, dry-shaken. Dusted with chocolate. Decadent. Delicious. Demure.

Founding Responder — $75 (limited to the first 6) Reserved seating, a bonus pour, and a QTA-branded flask to take home; dated, and yours to carry.

General Admission — $50 Full 5-course tasting, grazing table, and a night at The Dispatch Room.

The Fine Print

• 21+ event, valid ID required at the door
• 30 tickets available per city
• Exact venue address released to ticket holders 1 week prior
• Refunds are available per Eventbrite policy up to 7 days out — but if your city doesn't win the race, we'll handle your rollover directly, no action needed on your end.

Atlanta...the Dispatch Room has never touched down here before, but i've definitley spent some time in and around a handful of bars and stages, plus i have familial roots here. If Atlanta hits 15 tickets first...the place to play, is in the A.
