The Dirty Wellness Carnival

The Dirty Wellness Carnival is a sundowner wellness and sports event, designed to bring the community together through movement, music, and shared experiences.

The evening will feature a variety of guided fitness and wellness sessions suitable for different fitness levels. Participants can join energizing workouts led by trained instructors, offering a fun and safe way to stay active and try something new.

5:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Acro Yoga

6:00 PM – 6:45 PM: Barre and Pilates

7:00 PM – 7:45 PM: Mobility flow

8:00 PM – 8:45 PM: Drum Circle
