I’m Steve Gallegos, and I’ve spent my life helping powerful women just like you step out of the shadows of doubt, burnout, and societal expectations—and into the spotlight of their own story. I created The Director’s Chair mini-workshop as an entry point for women who are ready for more clarity, more confidence, and more control—not over others, but over their own path forward.

My journey has taken me from the depths of self-doubt to the heights of success as a U.S. Marine, a trial lawyer, a professional performer, and a published author. But none of that matters unless I can use it to help you. My mission now is to guide women who are tired of settling, who feel unseen or stretched thin, and who know there’s more they’re meant to be and do.
