HOTEL ZOSO - DINAH'S 2ND HOST HOTEL is not just a place to rest your head. It is also the new home of our infamous Friday night Black & White Ball and our Saturday Night Hollywood Party. We will also be hosting our brand new Play Pool Party here. A place to enjoy games and sporting events with prizes, more healthy and NA drink options, chill music vibes and good conversation.

All hotel rooms START WITH A TWO NIGHT stay. You can choose between a FRIDAY / SATURDAY or SATURDAY / SUNDAY. Either way a SATURDAY NIGHT STAY IS MANDATORY. Room rates cover up to 2 hotel guests and comes with 2 PASSES (GA Festival or Premium Festival.)

Additional guests can be added at time of check-in for no additional charge but, each guest must have a ticket to a Dinah event for each night's stay. Additional 🎟️ FESTIVAL TICKETS 🎟️ may be purchased separately .

(Rooms without tickets will be released at a later point.)

If you wish to EXTEND YOUR STAY up to five nights, please purchase an additional night in the correct room category of your original 2-night booking in the “Hotel Room Add-Ons” section at the end of the ticketing page.

MINIMUM ROOM NIGHT STAY POLICY

DON'T BOOK AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE A 2-NIGHT STAY (FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN ) IF YOU DO, YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED AND CHARGED A $75 FEE

DINAH CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no cancellations and no refunds. No exceptions for any reason. ALL SALES FINAL.

MAX ROOM OCCUPANCY/IN-ROOM PARTIES

Please note: Room occupancy starts at two people per room up to a maximum of 4 based on room type.

Room occupancy is strictly enforced by the hotel. No in-room parties or gatherings above occupancy are allowed. Violation of either policies will subject the guest to expulsion and a $500 penalty, charged to the card on file at the hotel. You agree to this term when you purchase your room at this site.

ROOM ACCESS / EARLY DEPARTURE

Check-In Time 4:00pm |Check-Out Time: 11:00am

You may change your dates of reservation up to 45 days prior to original arrival. Within 45 days, changes are at the discretion of the producer. No changes are allowed within 30 days. You must request a change in writing to [email protected]. In the event of a no-show or an early check-out, you will be charged for the entire stay.

PARKING

Driving? The Zoso offers one complimentary valet parking spot per room on a first come first serve basis.

If you ✈️fly, take advantage of their free airport shuttle services. Call the hotel upon arrival for airport pick-up. All events are within walking distance or a short rideshare away.

RESORT FEES & TAXES

All Resort Fees & Taxes are included with your purchase. This entitles you to a free airport shuttle (based on availability), fitness center access, pet-friendly rooms (additional fees apply), resort-wide wireless internet, in-room coffee service, in-room safe, local phone calls, use of the business center.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY

You will need a valid Credit Card & Photo ID at check in for Incidentals. The hotel does not take cash. The hotel will not check you in without a credit card on file with the hotel. Please provide your legal name and preferred name on the order form (if different from your government issued ID) so the staff can address you appropriately.

HELP KEEP PARADISE GREEN

We're committed to conserving paradise's resources in Palm Springs by saving energy and water. During your stay, bed linens will be replaced every three days. If you would like them changed sooner, please contact the housekeeping team. As a reminder, leaving your towel on the rack indicates you'll use it again. If your towel is on the floor, they will replace it. Thank you for helping us keep paradise green.

PET POLICY

We are happy to welcome your beloved pets (cats, dogs, and feathered friends) to our desert oasis. A pet fee of $50 per stay for each pet will be added to your account. Please contact [email protected] for more information. Pets must be on leash and secured at all times. Hotel and Event Producers hold no liability for unattended pets.

ZOSO RESORT RULES AND POLICIES

Please note – the policies exclusive to Hotel Zoso may differ from The Dinah rules and policies. Anywhere you might find conflicting policies between The Dinah and The Zoso, such as, for instance, our cancellation policy or our deposit policy -vs- the hotels, our policies supersedes. REFUND POLICY

WE ENFORCE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for any reason, including without limitation, failure to use credentials due to illness, death, pandemics, acts of God, travel related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. Should we, or the Government, or any other entity of United States authority, require we postpone The Dinah 2026, you must provide, within fifteen days of the postponement announcement, a written request that you would like a refund. We will put your package up for resale and when it sells, we will reimburse you.

In the event of a government mandated postponement, and you do not write to us within 15 days requesting a refund, you acknowledge agreement to the following terms: we will issue new dates as soon as we are allowed. If you can not make the new dates, you will be issued a credit for a future date until you are able to attend.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

All guests agree to participate in promotional, publicity, or merchandising pictures of the guests during this event. The guest hereby agrees that BellaRose Production, LLC, dba The Dinah, and affiliates may use film and photographs from our events, including images of our attendees, for promotional and advertising purposes. The guest hereby authorizes the reproduction, sale, copyright, broadcast and /or distribution of said video, sound recording and pictures without limitations. The guest further agrees and releases BellaRose Production, LLC, dba The Dinah, their sponsors, representatives and agents from any liability, loss, expense or claims arising from distribution, broadcast, sale or use of his or her likeness or voice. The guest certifies that he/she is over 21 years of age. If a guest desires not to be included in any promotional videos and pictures, please avoid the camera and if you feel you were photographed or filmed, let the camera person know you do not want to be included. We do not have control over the media in attendance. BellaRose Production, LLC, dba The Dinah, can not guarantee your likeness will not be included in promotional or news materials.

Info: Our official opening party! Join a thousand other early bird Dinah goers as we take over Da Club for the night. Featuring our Dinah Dj's, playing the best in EDM, Hip Hop and pop.

Info: Our first pool party of the weekend transforms The Hilton into a Dinah oasis. Thousands of sexy sapphics hanging poolside, dancing and splashing to The Dinah DJ's. Live performances. This is a sexy, electrifying pool party!

Info: The Black and White Ball is a signature Dinah event. Thousands of women and non-binary folks experience Dinah magic surrounded by new friends from across the globe. Celebrities bring the wow factor to our iconic red carpet - a night of star-studded enchantment. Red Carpet starts at 10:30 PM. World class recording artist performs main stage at 11 PM. Go Go dancers.

Info: The L Word Pool Party is our signature day event. The pool is packed. The vibe is electric. Thousands pack The Hilton's pool from all over the globe. Vendors, celebrities, and The Dinah DJ's keep the energy flowing. It's all about community, inclusivity and the inspiration to live out loud and proud. Pure Dinah magic. Plus, Saturday marks our Dinah favorite, Dinah Dodgeball. Join hundreds of other Dinah Goers in a serious game of Dodgeball on one of our side lawns. Dinah Cheerleaders. Dinah fun!

Info: The Hollywood Party is our most glamorous event. Dress in your Oscar party best as we create a Hollywood styled. The night features a performance by one of your favorite recording artists. The Dinah DJ's and Go Go Dancers will keep you moving to The Dinah beat all night. Celebrities will be bringing the Hollywood vibe to the red carpet - a rendezvous with elegance and extravagance!

Info: This is our last pool party of the weekend. You'll have met new friends and bonded with old ones and this is your last chance to celebrate all things Dinah before the closing party. This is a not to miss. The Dinah is pure magic and this party crowns the weekend.
