WRISTBANDS & TICKET POLICY

You will immediately receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive an order confirmation the same day, please contact us. You MUST present the Eventbrite Confirmation email, plus a valid ID and the credit card you ordered with, to retrieve your wristband. Please note: If you are buying tickets for others, your guests' tickets will be in their name. You must be present to retrieve all tickets ordered. Tickets will not be released to anyone other than the original purchaser. There are no exceptions.

Wristbands WILL NOT be mailed. Tickets & Weekend Passes will be available at WILL CALL located at our new WELCOME CENTER next to the Hilton’s lobby and at the door of any event. On site ticket purchase will be available at each party, if tickets are still available. Best to purchase all tickets in advance.

If you are ordering for other people, you must list all names and email addresses in order for them to receive their confirmation letter. Lost or stolen confirmation letters that have been fraudulently used to gain entrance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you lose your confirmation letter and think it may potentially be used to gain admittance, contact us immediately. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your ticket's value, if someone else has used it.

Any disputes arising out of a ticket purchase online or at the event will be governed by California law. Wearing a wristband is a condition of attending this event. All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.

Our Terms of Agreement and all questions and answers are continually updated. By purchasing a ticket to The Dinah, you agree to our terms, plus any and all updates to our policies. You are responsible for staying updated on our policies. You may request the most current update by writing to [email protected].

Info: Our official opening party! Join a thousand other early bird Dinah goers as we take over Da Club for the night. Featuring our Dinah Dj's, playing the best in EDM, Hip Hop and pop.

Info: Our first pool party of the weekend transforms The Hilton into a Dinah oasis. Thousands of sexy sapphics hanging poolside, dancing and splashing to The Dinah DJ's. Live performances. This is a sexy, electrifying pool party!

Info: The Black and White Ball is a signature Dinah event. Thousands of women and non-binary folks experience Dinah magic surrounded by new friends from across the globe. Celebrities bring the wow factor to our iconic red carpet - a night of star-studded enchantment. Red Carpet starts at 10:30 PM. World class recording artist performs main stage at 11 PM. Go Go dancers.

Info: The L Word Pool Party is our signature day event. The pool is packed. The vibe is electric. Thousands pack The Hilton's pool from all over the globe. Vendors, celebrities, and The Dinah DJ's keep the energy flowing. It's all about community, inclusivity and the inspiration to live out loud and proud. Pure Dinah magic. Plus, Saturday marks our Dinah favorite, Dinah Dodgeball. Join hundreds of other Dinah Goers in a serious game of Dodgeball on one of our side lawns. Dinah Cheerleaders. Dinah fun!

Info: The Hollywood Party is our most glamorous event. Dress in your Oscar party best as we create a Hollywood styled. The night features a performance by one of your favorite recording artists. The Dinah DJ's and Go Go Dancers will keep you moving to The Dinah beat all night. Celebrities will be bringing the Hollywood vibe to the red carpet - a rendezvous with elegance and extravagance!

Info: This is our last pool party of the weekend. You'll have met new friends and bonded with old ones and this is your last chance to celebrate all things Dinah before the closing party. This is a not to miss. The Dinah is pure magic and this party crowns the weekend.
