ABOUT TDN BRISTOL
We are Bristol’s leading educational and networking event solely dedicated to property development. We believe in the power of networking and want to connect and support professionals working in the property development space.
Our monthly events are designed to deliver education, knowledge, advice and support whilst providing high quality networking opportunities. We offer an array of excellent speakers and a community that is welcoming and friendly. Our events our open to anyone and all levels of experience from novices to seasoned pros!

JAMES ADAMS
Is a property developer, landlord and former school teacher. With a background in Economics, James worked in a number of senior positions in top schools in London and Bristol before moving into property full-time in August 2019. Having bought his first HMO in 2014, he has gained extensive experience as a landlord and has overseen numerous conversion projects. As MD of Fairholm Group Ltd, James is focused on delivering high quality HMO conversions and new build home developments in Bristol and the surrounding areas. The company is currently working on a number of projects, including Willow Tree Aparmtnets, a care home conversion to 9 flats.
