The Desire Reconnection Experience: Women’s Workshop (Gold Coast)

Reconnect with your body, your desire, and your sense of self in this intimate, in-person women’s workshop on the Gold Coast.

The Desire Reconnection Experience is a guided 4-hour session led by Pamela Chetty of Empower Couples and Sex Therapy, designed to support women who are feeling disconnected, emotionally flat, or out of touch with their inner vitality.

Through a blend of gentle embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, and guided reflection, you’ll begin to understand what may be blocking your sense of desire and how to safely reconnect with it.

This is a small, supportive group experience focused on creating a safe space for exploration, insight, and personal reconnection.
