Ghost Hunt at the Historic Delaney House
Step inside the historic Delaney House for an exclusive paranormal investigation.
Built in 1845, the Delaney House is one of Oregon’s oldest surviving homes and the site of the 1865 murder of Daniel Delaney. Over the years, the house has become known for reports of unexplained activity and has drawn the attention of paranormal investigators throughout the region.
For this special event, we’re keeping things intentionally small. Only 24 tickets will be available, split between two sessions of just 12 investigators each.

During your 90-minute session, you’ll explore the house with our team, learn about its history and reported paranormal activity, and use real ghost hunting equipment including EMF meters, Spirit Box, Estes Method, Spirit Chat, SLS Cam, Rem Pod, Music Box, EVP recorders, and more.
Small groups mean less noise, more time with the equipment, and a much better opportunity to experience the house without a crowd. Whether you’re an experienced investigator, a skeptic, or simply curious about what might be there, you’re welcome.

Meet Your Hosts
Your investigation will be led by Salem Haunt Club, a local paranormal investigation team with experience hosting public ghost hunts, historic investigations, haunted houses, and other spooky events throughout the Salem area.
Our investigations are grounded in professionalism, curiosity, and respect for the locations and their history, with a little humor along the way. We welcome skeptics and believers alike and encourage guests to approach the experience with an open mind, ask questions, and draw their own conclusions about what they experience.
Chelsea
Creator of Salem Haunt Club, Ghosts of the Grand, and Murders Incorporated. An unsure skeptic with a deep love of the paranormal and a habit of trying to find the logical explanation first.
Mara
Our second in command and resident skeptic. She’ll question absolutely everything that happens, while also being the first person to jump when something goes bump in the night.
Tina
A local comedian, teacher, scare actor, and former skeptic. After some experiences she couldn’t quite explain, Tina discovered a deeper connection with the paranormal and has been exploring her growing empathic abilities ever since.
Liz
A local theatre wiz and deeply empathic investigator, Liz has developed a particular skill with pendulum work and intuitive communication. During investigations, she has a remarkable tendency to become the focus of personal and sometimes surprisingly affectionate responses, leading to some of the team’s most memorable interactions with the other side.
Tickets: $40 per person
Only 12 tickets are available for each session. Once a time slot sells out, we can not add additional guests.
Parking is limited. Carpooling is strongly encouraged whenever possible.
