The Deep Release blends intentional movement, heart-coherent breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and the vibrational power of sound to bring you into a deeply restful state.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to shake off what's not needed, then shift into a calming breath practice to harmonize the heart and mind. From there, settle into stillness as Reiki is offered alongside a sound bath of crystal bowls and healing frequencies, washing over you and inviting release on a cellular level.
