The Deep Rest Reset is a 2-hour guided wellness experience for leaders, professionals, athletes, entrepreneurs, and anyone navigating the increasing pace and pressure of modern life.
In a fast-moving world, the ability to remain regulated, clear, and intentional is more than a wellbeing practice — it is a competitive advantage.
This Sunday morning experience combines restorative yoga, breathwork, self-reflection, and Yoga Nidra meditation to help you reset mentally and physically, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with clarity and purpose.
Rather than constantly pushing just to keep up, you’ll create space to pause, realign, and build momentum from a more grounded and intentional state.
During the experience you will:
- Move through a restorative yoga practice
- Learn breathwork techniques to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system
- Create space for guided self-reflection
- Experience deep guided meditation through Yoga Nidra

Meltem Comertpay is the founder of Black Key, a transformational movement dedicated to amplifying human potential.
For more than 10 years, she has guided people from all walks of life through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and self-discovery. This experience is complemented by over 20 years in human capital, where she has led change, learning, and transformation across some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Her work sits at the intersection of personal evolution and professional performance. She helps people build the clarity, self-awareness, and inner capacity to navigate change, lead with intention, and create meaningful impact in the world.
