About this Event

The DEEP DIVE is a nuanced ecstatic dance combining aspects of ecstatic dance, moving meditation and sound healing.

Through conscious and intentional movement your are invited to gradually delve beyond the movement of the physical body and tune in to the inner whispering's of your soul. From this place, new expressions of movement become possible, and the ecstasy of dance can fill you up from the inside out.

Come find your own unique 'moving mantras' and bring the divine to life through a communion of dance.

6:30pm: Arrive Settle and Warm Up the body

6:45pm: Doors Close. Guided Warm Up

7:05pm Opening Circle

7:15pm Ecstatic Dance

8:30pm Integration and Closing circle

Cost: $30 Waged, $25 Concession

Doors Open at 6:30pm and close promptly at 6:45pm.

Please arrive on time to help everyone settle in, ground and prepare for the dance journey

Please no shoes, phones, shazam or talking on the dance floor.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover and sound healer. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.

Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 7 years, has sparked the birth of these monthly classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
