What to Expect:

• 1 Hour of Contrast Therapy: Exclusive access to the hot sauna, located on the stunning Leighton Beach giving you the option to cool down in the ocean before hitting the sauna again.
• 1h Beach Picnic: After your session, stick around to relax, connect and socialise. Enjoy a curated seasonal fruit grazing board, snacks and electrolyte-rich coconut water, to rehydrate and refuel.
