Join us for a community conversation to share your thoughts and experiences related to healthcare, trust, and organ donation. Your feedback will help The Decision Project better understand community perspectives and develop future education and outreach efforts.
Important Registration Information

• Please register for only ONE focus group session. All three sessions will cover the same discussion topics, and participants may attend only one session.
• Seating is limited, and registration will close once all available seats have been filled.
• Participants who attend the full focus group will receive a $50 Visa gift card as a thank-you for their time.
• Free parking is available.
• A light meal and refreshments will be provided.
