The core aim of the Dandy and Connoisseur Club is to bring Elegance, Beauty and Fun back to the Pantiles.

Here you can receive monthly talks with a focus on THE ARTS, Culture , History ...anything to get the juices flowing!

* WHY DRESS UP?

Over two hundred years ago, in the 18th Century, Beau Nash ( illustration 2) brought fashionable society to The Pantiies, Tunbridge Wells - we are doing the same!

* WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?'

Elegance and style are impossible to define. This is a chance to dress in a way that goes beyond contemporary everyday norms and creates a sense of occasion!

Some adjectives etc to help:  elegant/ formal bohemian/vintage/avante-garde/ classic/ stylish/ retro/ boho/ art deco/ historic. The list is endless! ( but no jeans, shorts, sportswear please). The world is your oyster and you are the pearl!! 

Meeting on the 1st Sunday of the month at THE SPA GALLERIES, 24 The Pantiles, TN2 5TN.

Doors will be open from 6:00pm when free wine will be served ( there will be a further glass for those who wish to imbibe before heading into the night air)..

The talk commences at 6:30pm and concludes by 7:30pm.
