The Dam Ride is a damn good challenge!This ride was born from interest in the removal of the Weir Dam In the Whitewater Gorge. There were actually 8 dams on this ride. The Weir Dam site will still be a stopping point as the route includes the cable & board bridge near it.
Update re route. The Middlefork Dam is being attended to so we cannot go across it. Route will be reversed and will not take Cardinal Greenway to Waterfall Rd Springwood Park and Middlefork Resevoir areas. Ride will also be easier and closer to just 10 miles instead of 15.
Like all Rose Pedals rides we have a social hour at 9:30 before we roll from Elstro at 10:30. Pls join us. Social hour and ride event are free. All is sponsored by Bike+ Tours & Events
