About this Event
Founded in 1839 on the shores of the Cromarty Firth, The Dalmore is particularly known for its approach to cask maturation, combining american oak ex-Bourbon barrels with carefully selected Sherry, Port and other exceptional casks.
The evening will showcase a selection of expressions from the Dalmore range, offering an opportunity to discover the distillery's signature style and explore how age, wood and different cask finishes influence the final product.
From classic expressions to some of the Dalmore's more complex releases, the tasting will highlight the craftmaship and maturation phylosophy behind this historic Highland distillery.
A great opportunity to discover the Dalmore through a range of its distictive single malts.
