Alex is a mental fitness advocate, endurance athlete, and founder of More Community -helping people step outside their comfort zones and grow.

He’s taken on multiple endurance challenges, including three Ironman triathlons, but the real work’s been rebuilding himself - after years of struggling with relationships, low self-belief, and not feeling like he belonged.

He talks honestly about fatherhood - especially the bits that haven’t gone to plan - and what it means to take responsibility and keep showing up anyway.

No fluff. No fixing. No pretending everything’s fine.
Just a proper, honest conversation for dads who know life’s not always straightforward.

Inside, it is a ready-made network of peers and experts where men can talk about the stuff they usually ignore.

Generally, on a lads’ night, you talk nonsense and pretend everything is fine.

With us, you laugh and then speak honestly about life, fatherhood and mental health.

We listen without prejudice; that, my friends, is something quite special.
